  • Personal data that you enter yourself, for example when you  subscribe to our services, sign up for our newsletters, or ask to be contacted by us.
  • Technical data such as your IP address, details of the sub-pages you visit on our website, and which browser you use to view our website. See also our Cookie Policy.
  • Data needed to sign documents, including signatures, certificates and authorizations.

The legislation calls this general personal data. DBI IT does not register sensitive personal data.

What data is collected?

The personal data that DBI IT collects can be:

In addition, we collect technical data about how you navigate through our websites, i.e. your IP address, details about the sub-pages you visit, and which browser you use.

What do we use the data for?

If your employer has subscribed to our services, we collect your personal data with outset on this subscription. If you simply wanted to receive our newsletter or asked us to contact you, this is what we use your personal data for. DBI IT processes this data for internal market research, targeted marketing and statistics. We also use personal data to send out our newsletters and to send operational messages to our users, for example if we have planned downtime or we have operational problems.
